A Java Square team member will be on-site throughout your rental for access and support.

The entire ~1,000 sqft main floor is yours — the cafe is closed to the public during your event.
The Conference Room
Need a private space for a smaller group? The upstairs conference room is a tucked-away retreat — ideal for team meetings, planning sessions, interview setups, or intimate gatherings of up to 25 people. It seats 17 comfortably with 4 tables, 16 low chairs, and 4 high chairs. Available as a standalone booking or as an add-on to the main event space.

Booking & Policies
- 50% retainer required to hold your booking
- Remaining balance due 7 days before the event
- Overtime billed at $175/hour
- Retainer is non-refundable for cancellations within 72 hours of your event
- Book early for maximum flexibility
- All decorations, food, and trash removed before the rental window closes
- Leave the space in the condition you received it
